Terms of Service

Welcome to Picoro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Picoro mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Picoro Mobile Ltd. ("Picoro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Picoro. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including the phone number used to register. Notify us immediately at picoromobile1986@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Picoro to:

• Send unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass requests.
• Share content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Send sexually explicit material involving anyone under 18.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.

4. Content you send

You retain ownership of the photos and messages you send. By sending content through Picoro, you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you and the recipients you choose.

You are responsible for the content you send. Do not send anything you don't have permission to share.

5. Disappearing content

Picoro automatically deletes photos and messages after a period you choose. We cannot recover deleted content. We strongly recommend saving anything you want to keep before it expires.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep Picoro available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or us.

8. Disclaimer

Picoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picoro disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picoro Mobile Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated inside the App. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
